Hi! We're Joey and Robyn Coffman.
We’ve been married for over 30 years, partners in both life and calling. We grew up in sunny Southern California and now enjoy living in quaint Prescott, Arizona.

For more than 25 years, we’ve been counseling, coaching, and teaching—walking alongside individuals and leaders as they navigate growth, healing, and purpose. We also lead a boutique nonprofit, 10|10 Ministries, where we invest in leaders through coastal and mile-high retreats designed for transformation, depth, and rest.
​
We love all things salty (water, popcorn, tears) and are passionate about the things that make life rich and meaningful—Jesus, family, deep conversations, and unhurried living.

Hi, I'm Joey. I love spending time with the people who mean everything to me—my wife of 30+ years, our son, our daughter, and our son-in-law. And I also value time on my own: surfing, sailing, building fires, playing guitar in local spots, writing music, and finding God in both ordinary and unexpected places.

I’m drawn to quiet, to thinking and reading, and to conversations that go a little deeper—especially the kind that invite exploration.
​
Meeting people where they are is really at the heart of who I am. It’s my calling, my gifting, and the work I’ve given my life to. I help people get unstuck. To find their voice. To make sense of what feels unclear or uncertain. To move, slowly and honestly, toward clarity.
​
Along the way, I bring both experience and perspective—from leading The Coffman Company to co-founding 10|10 Ministries, where we care for leaders through professional counseling and retreats. But more than anything, I bring a willingness to sit with you in the process, help give shape to the journey, and walk it out together.

Hi, I’m Robyn. I’ve been unlocking, resisting, and owning my own growth since first grade. Really. Everything I offer flows from my own inner work and from walking closely with clients and friends for nearly 30 years. I know how much courage it takes to pursue healing and wholeness. It’s not easy—but it’s absolutely worth it. And you’re not alone.

As a counselor, coach, speaker, Bible study teacher, and author, I help women sort through all the “voices” and unlock emotional, spiritual, and relational growth. Most recently, I’ve been writing Bible Plans for YouVersion.
​
My sweet spot is creating a safe, hospitable space where transformation can happen—one conversation, one breakthrough, one courageous step at a time.
